The Pro Project — Custom Football Booking Platform
A custom Wix booking platform that gives parents self-service access to 1-to-1 sessions, holiday camps, courses, memberships and booking management.
The academy had grown to 300+ members and relied on manual processes across bookings, camps, courses, memberships and parent administration. Standard booking flows could not handle all of the required pricing, approval and multi-child scenarios.
Built a custom parent booking experience on Wix using Velo and Wix business APIs. Parents can manage child profiles, book 1-to-1 appointments, select multiple camp sessions, enrol in courses, use membership benefits and manage existing bookings.
Custom Velo frontend and backend integrated with Wix Bookings, Pricing Plans, Wix Pay, CMS, coupons and automated booking workflows.
A single self-service booking experience replaced multiple manual processes and gave parents a much clearer way to manage academy activities.
