EcoRestoration Alliance — Connected Member Directory
A searchable Wix member directory with two-way Airtable synchronisation, allowing administrators and members to manage profile information through their preferred interface.
Administrators needed to manage member records in Airtable while members needed a secure way to update their own profiles on Wix. The public directory had to reflect changes from either platform without duplicate administration or inconsistent profile data.
Built backend API connections to synchronise member profiles between Airtable and Wix. Added a secure member login and profile editing interface with access controls, then connected the shared data to a searchable, filterable public directory designed for desktop and mobile.
Bidirectional Wix–Airtable API integration using Velo backend functions, authenticated profile editing, access controls, data mapping and a searchable, filterable directory.
Administrators can manage records in Airtable and members can maintain their own profiles on Wix, with updates carried between both systems. The public directory makes member information easier to find while reducing manual reconciliation.
