A custom Wix membership workflow connecting registration, payments, CRM data, agreement generation and operational automation.
Membership onboarding involved multiple pieces of customer data, payment states, contracts and internal administration. The process needed to support different membership types while reducing repetitive manual work.
Created a custom multi-step registration and payment flow in Wix. Submission data is stored centrally, payment status is tracked, membership agreements are generated automatically, customer records are connected to Wix CRM and operational workflows are triggered from the same system.
Custom Wix Velo application integrating Wix Forms/Submissions, CMS, Wix CRM, custom checkout/payment flows, document generation APIs and Wix Automations.
The workflow centralised membership onboarding and reduced the number of manual steps required after a new member registers.
